A tenacious team of talented misfits, ready to take on the status quo.

Cameron Stark

Founder, Director of Brand Strategy
He/Him

For the last fifteen years, Cam has stewarded brands to break through the clutter and advocated for the value of smart, distinctive, creative thinking. He brings an anthropological approach and deep curiosity to every brief, and is passionate about unlocking a brand’s greater purpose. He also dabbles in homemade hot sauce he gives as gifts (but still try to act surprised when you unwrap it).

Meghan Kraemer

Founder, Executive Creative Director
She/Her

Meghan is an equal rights advocate for self-identifying women and mothers within advertising and marketing, and a true believer in the power of continual progress above perfection. She works to turn impossible ideas into tangible realities, to leap fearlessly from great creative heights and to chase after entrepreneurial waterfalls. When she’s not chasing hard-working work, she’s reheating cups of coffee while chasing after her two young daughters, Norah and Maeve.

Emma Pratt

Director, Client Success
She/Her

Emma’s passion for making things that are both supremely strategic and well-crafted has taken her to some unexpected places, including a stint at one of the world’s most prestigious design shops across the pond. She believes that creativity is inextricably linked to business results, and is a champion for true collaboration, care and communication between client and agency teams. She finds beauty in any good pattern - whether it be a printed wallpaper or pair of pants - and is always down to talk shop over a strong cup of matcha.

Priya Mistry

Senior Designer
She/Her

Priya crafts brand identities and design systems that are imbued with a deep sense of consideration and wonder. She seeks to shift perspectives with her work - fostering a more empathetic and representative design landscape with every piece she creates. In 2023, Priya co-founded BLENDED, a community that deepens connections between BIPOC creatives. When she's not immersed in striking design, Priya can be found striking moves at a dance class or combing the racks of a vintage store.

Dameon Neath

Senior Designer
He/Him

Dameon finds inspiration in the immersive worlds of anime, and equanimity in comprehensive design systems filled with emotional vibrancy. He builds brand identities that are both high craft and high concept, with consideration for every application, palette and pixel. When he’s not constructing living brands, he’s building with his hands. A hobbyist handyman, he can fix your electrical just as well as he can fix your logo.

Monika Ghobrial

Head of Integrated Production
She/Her

A big-picture producer who loves collaborating her way out of seemingly-impossible production puzzles, Monika also somehow has a knack for the itty-bitty details. She believes in building trust through honesty and clarity, continuous self-evolution, and the healing power of leftover pizza. When she’s not wading through production weeds, she dries flowers and shoots photography with her husband Mark (though best not to ask who assists who).

Cecilia Hui

Director, Project Management & Delivery
She/Her

As an insatiably curious person, Cecilia has taken on multiple roles from accounts to production. She applies her deep understanding of every detail of the creative process towards making sure great ideas get made. When she’s not whipping spreadsheets into shape, she’s out and about with her dog Ziggy or eating her way through her list of 150 restaurants. Oops, make that 156. Uh oh, 161.

Amanda Braun

Production & A.I Designer / Studio Manager
She/Her

Amanda left the world of professional writing to raise the craft of production to new heights and explore that wondrous point where creativity meets technology and capability. She adores retouching (it’s all in the light source), has a catalogue of A.I prompts so robust, even the robots are jealous and builds a mean catio (pics available upon request.) For Amanda, the world can never have too much compassion or too strong a sense of community. She could do without mosquitoes, though.
